Acclaimed Norwegian duo Konradsen have returned with their new single, ‘Efficiency’. It’s a soulful 6/8 cut that pits the soft strum of acoustic guitars against sparse string arrangements and lilting, unhurried percussion. The expressive delivery from guest vocalist Beharie pushes the song in an even more deeply emotive direction. They say that the track “portrays a kind of love that isn’t always immediate or all-consuming, but one that endures nonetheless — a relationship where time, patience, and a willingness to see the beauty in each other’s imperfections are essential.
